Everything was perfect.
The service was terrible. The manager’s comments were discriminatory towards Ecuadorians.
“Bebidas exageradas precio”
The facilities let you cook and bring your own drinks, but they don’t allow beverages ❌. They insist on buying drinks on site—water is charged up to 25 ctv, a club normal is $6, and they claim the prices are affordable, which isn’t true. It seems they want guests to spend money inside, especially on drinks, even water, and they say you can’t bring your own.

The TV with movie access, hot water, terrace, hospitality, the service that lets you buy drinks or snacks, the pool, and the location were all great. The bath soap came in gel and the cap was broken, so it clearly wasn’t sealed to keep germs out and looked used; the bathroom and floors didn’t appear very clean, and the light bulbs and switches had an old yellowish tint—everything felt old, even the air. I don’t usually go to beaches, so I’m not sure if the $45 price reflects that façade, but for example we often stay at Montañitas and at Kundalini for $50 everything looks much more tidy. This is a clear suggestion, not a constructive criticism, to improve 😊 I’d still come back, maybe taking advantage of a promotion that costs me less.
