The laundry service lost my clothes and took 48 hours to recover them, and the bartender was very unfriendly.

“It was okay.”

I didn’t like the $35 destination fee added at checkout, there was only one chair, no closet, no luggage rack, very limited bathroom counter space, and no functioning blind on the small bathroom window.

The staff was friendly, but I didn't get the rooms I booked and the keys never worked correctly.

“A once in a lifetime experience. You go once and period.”

The hotel is a 12‑minute walk to Waikiki, and the room was simple and average; everything was pricey, and the room above the bar and pool made it noisy when we opened the balcony door.

The location was good, the rooms were new, spacious and equipped with microwaves, and the pool area was a highlight. The lack of room service was disappointing, towels were only changed every two days and the rooms cleaned every five days, the mattresses and beds need replacement, the beds are small double‑size rather than queen, and the old, misshapen mattresses are not comfortable.
