The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and always helpful, we enjoyed a private morning swim in the pool, and the burger and flatbread at the Fireside Grill tasted amazing. It would have been better if breakfast stayed open until 10:00, but we managed.

The hotel and room were okay, but the breakfast was awful: weak coffee, cold “hot” food that made eating impossible and even dangerous, no pepper in the grinder—an overall bad experience that might make me stop staying at Hyatt Place in the future.
