The service, location, rooms, bathrooms, and the restaurant on the third floor were all excellent, and the spa service was superb. The spa towels and general towels were subpar, and the kitchen at the street‑level restaurant was terrible.

It’s a beautiful hotel right in the city center, and I liked everything.

The location is good. For a 5‑star hotel and the photos they show, several adjustments are needed: 1. All the towels look like dirty rags used to wipe dust. 2. The sheets are dirty. 3. The toiletries shown in the photos are labeled Loccitane, but none actually are that brand and seem to be a private label. On the bright side, the staff at the restaurants were very friendly.
