The experience was awful. The host was uncooperative and I wouldn't recommend it. I didn't feel comfortable sharing the apartment and the bathroom with strangers, which wasn't clearly stated in the description. It's a two‑bedroom unit with no privacy and terrible sound insulation.

We had a deeply unpleasant encounter with the operator. They blamed us for several things we definitely didn’t cause, like dirty towels, a filthy bed, and supposedly soiled dishes. It felt like they deliberately tried to pin the blame on us for problems that weren’t ours. This behaviour seemed staged and completely unprofessional. We felt treated unfairly and cannot recommend this place.

All the furnishings and finishes were brand new, and from the balcony we could even see the sea.

The apartment is nicely modern inside with spacious rooms. On one side you see the sea, on the other the Vesuvius. With the integrated weekly ticket you can cheaply get to Naples centre by train, metro or bus. The airport pickup service that we booked only worked after a lot of email back‑and‑forth.
