I was really relaxed here, the spa was amazing, but the hotel didn’t accommodate non‑Bulgarian speakers and we missed out on nearby attractions; the shower was a major issue—unbelievably, in a two‑bedroom apartment the toilet was inside the shower.

The breakfast is the only thing that doesn’t match the otherwise excellent standards—surprisingly, this hotel is so good with its rooms, spa, pools, restaurant, and a‑la‑cart menu, yet the breakfast disappoints. I mentioned this in another Google review before, but it remains the sole let‑down in an otherwise lovely experience. Please improve it! We loved everything else, and there’s plenty of room for improvement, especially with such an amazing chef.

The place, service, and mineral water are all top‑level; the kitchen and ambience transport you straight to Italy.

The evening menu was exceptionally good, the pool facilities outstanding, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was fine, but fruit was missing.
