The spot was spot-on and strategically placed. The rooms were spotless and perfectly soundproofed. The restaurant service featured an excellent pizzeria, and breakfast was top quality. The staff were very friendly, and parking was convenient and free inside. Everything you need for a business traveler with a great value.

I’ve been coming to the pool since 2012, so I know the place well, but I’d never stayed in their suites before. I booked a junior suite for logistical reasons. The reception area was clean, the staff welcoming, and the environment quiet. However, despite booking a suite with a terrace (specifically described as “I plus the terrace”), my suite—definitely mediocre—had neither balcony nor terrace, just a small window overlooking a roof. Nothing idyllic. The whole room was very dark, and the lighting system tied to the key card doesn’t indicate whether lights are on or off, so each time you enter after inserting the card you must manually turn on all lights (it’s mandatory, otherwise you can’t see anything). The room is quite old but clean and reasonably comfortable overall. Breakfast wasn’t particularly abundant but adequate.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the international breakfast was good, and the rooms were extremely clean. After checkout, the pool became paid.
