No mattress, no Wi‑Fi, no pillow, the towels were worn out.

The location was great, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The location was great, close to the cruise port, and the room was modern, very clean, with coffee and tea making items. Breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle bus was within walking distance. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool, and the bed was a bit soft.
