“muy agradable todo”
The views were beautiful, dinner was delicious and the location was very good; everything else was fine.
The quiet was good, the food and staff are friendly, especially the chef. The cleaning only happened in the room and not in the bathroom, so it became infested with ants. The lights went out every day; there was a backup generator but they never turned it on when needed. I had a sick child and the whole night the ventilation was off.
“Hermosas vistas”
The views were incredible, the staff were amazing and super friendly! There were very few guests staying at the hotel, so there was no activity. They had a pool table where we tried to play, but it was missing balls.

The lush nature surrounding the property and the mirador with a stunning view of the mountains are highlights. We paid for a luxury quadruple room that was anything but luxurious – the bedding was poor, the equipment was almost nonexistent except for the beds, there was constant noise from a generator‑like machine, the room looked unfinished and very ugly, there were frequent power cuts (apparently not the hotel’s fault, yet they didn’t inform us), and breakfast was barely passable.
