Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The hot‑tub was great, but the pool was dirty and green. The room smelled damp with moisture on the walls, and there was no mosquito net, so I couldn’t sleep with the window open because it was full of bugs. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us and we had to wait without knowing what to do until someone arrived. The photos posted online are nothing like the reality.
