The hotel sits in a modern, easy‑to‑reach area and the rooms are pretty clean and tidy. The breakfast could use some work; they hand it out in the room in a box like airplane catering, which I didn't like.

The location was good and the rooms were clean, but there was no tea or coffee service and no water, so I had to bring my own. They had a breakfast menu with prices, but none was served. The AC was broken 😕

The place was cozy, clean, and comfortable. There was no room service or food options; it’s a guest house, not a hotel, so everything had to come from outside. Aside from that, the reception was good. It’s also very far from central Kolkata, closer to the airport.
