The room was bad and the bed was pathetic.
Everything was good, but it could have been better.
Breakfast was fine, but the cleanliness was lacking.
The room was badly located and tiny, and the hygiene was terrible.
The room’s cleanliness and ambience were fine, but when I arrived in Mumbai on 13 August and went straight to the hotel, the staff at the counter told me no rooms were available and acted poorly. I left, booked elsewhere, then returned to find the room had been booked in my name. They had previously warned me that even if I booked, they might cancel because they had no vacancies. I stayed from 10 August to 13 August. On 13 August at breakfast I ordered a simple parantha for me and my spouse; after my spouse ate it she vomited, and when I smelled my own parantha it had a foul odor, so I told them the dough wasn’t fresh.
