“Near the station and mall”

The hotel sits right across from a hyper mall and a short walk to the station; the breakfast is great, the room is clean and mostly quiet, the beds are comfortable, and the bathroom is tidy with plenty of hot water. Compared to other hotels we checked, this one feels less isolated and the walk to the station has the best path in the area. The Google TV is nice, but it relies on the internet which was awful, and the channel selection was overwhelming and mostly poor, making TV and phone internet spotty. Crossing the road to the mall is a rough experience because of heavy traffic that rarely stops, with motorbikes posing a danger; walking under the road is an alternative but risky. Train horns cause minimal noise.

I liked the room – stylish with lovely bedding – and the staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. Even though the bathrooms looked a bit rundown, housekeeping was still good, though the standards might need to be higher. Aziz at reception was very helpful and had great communication skills, and overall the staff were welcoming and professional. I would have preferred a larger room for the price, but that may be the cost. The bathroom needed more cleaning; there were many watermarks and stains, so it could use refurbishment or a deeper clean.
