The place is unbeatable, right in the heart of town, perfect for walking around. Getting there by car is a nightmare—narrow streets and tricky parking. The room isn’t huge, but the walls and windows don’t block noise; I could hear traffic and the church bells constantly, so earplugs were a must. The front desk only works a few hours, after that you rely on a digital key. Checkout is strict at 10:30 AM, and housekeeping started knocking at 9:00 AM, which felt rushed when I was trying to relax.

The location is excellent, the room and view are nice, and the staff were very kind and considerate. I’ll come back.

The hotel is super central, the welcome and friendliness are excellent, and everything is very clean. The room is spacious and everything is digitalized. Even though I had a huge train delay, the staff were very understanding and helpful. The piazza is served by bars, restaurants and all necessities, so it works well for any traveler. I would definitely recommend it.
