The room was spacious, comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were large; staff were friendly and efficient, and getting to the A1 motorway was easy. However, a broken window blind still worked, the TV remote was dead, and the proximity to the A1 motorway and mainline railway made it a bit noisy, with additional noise from people arriving and leaving the restaurant.

The value for money was first class, offering a great deal—expect comfort and cleanliness, not premium luxury. The only downside was a possible leak in bathroom no.7.
