The place was a lovely, secluded spot. The fixtures and fittings in the hut were high quality and clever with storage space. It was spotless, and the secure garden for the dog was a bonus. The owner communicated excellently. Nothing was wrong; everything was perfect.

The location was great, the place was well equipped and very clean, and the host was very helpful. Nothing was missing.

The view was stunning, the presentation immaculate, and the garden had secure fencing that even the most clever Jack Russell terrier could’t get past. The personal touches were a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. I’ll definitely return! Nothing was lacking.

The shepherd’s hut was beautiful and wonderfully cozy, with plenty of facilities including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven. The view overlooking Pendle Hill was breathtaking. The only issue was the 10 am check‑out; I’d have preferred 11 am, but it was a trivial matter.
