Nice view, but that’s all. The staff speaks poor English, most of the time the reception is still occupied, the breakfast is not offered, and the restaurant is permanently closed.

Location is great, the staff is available all hours, and laundry is possible. The shower and tap are constantly in need of repair, you have to ask every time you want the room cleaned, and renting a scooter from the affiliated rental near the beach requires organization if you’re leaving early in the morning.

The staff were brilliant and helpful, the lodges felt very cosy, and monkeys will visit your balcony if you stay out long enough—truly special! We loved it! If you’re planning to party, it’s fine, but we underestimated how lively the scene is here (naïve). The music doesn’t stop all night, but that’s just how the island is.

The location is incredible, the top spot for full‑moon parties. There were a few dead insects around, which is normal for the area, but the staff removed them promptly. The rooms were clean and tidy, as was the bathroom.

The view from our bungalow was amazing and the surrounding jungle is very nice! The bathroom was very basic, lacking ventilation or a window. The bed was noisy with every movement.
