It isn’t my first time at this hostel, and things have gotten better since I last came: floor tiles that were loose have been fixed, the refrigerator is newer and better, and the hostel is cleaner. I love that they keep free coffee for a moka pot, the only place in Santa Cruz that does that, and the moka pots are in good shape. Still, some guests leave dirty pans in the kitchen, though that may not be the hostel’s fault.
