The breakfast was served and left no wishes unfulfilled. The wellness facility was very nice and the whole hotel as well. Unfortunately there was a party in the evening, so it was a bit loud. At the same time, we were only told on the day of arrival that only one menu would be possible, which disappointed us.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly, and the food was of high quality, though the spa could only be used for two hours.

The place is really cool overlooking Lake Viverone with a beautiful view; the staff were super helpful and the table was excellent! Still, they could add more garden chairs, tables, and loungers. The pool and spa access feels too restrictive, forcing you to book a 90‑minute slot each day—probably to limit crowds, but maybe that’s overkill.

The view of the lake is nice, but the price is too high—worthless to spend all that money, and the Turkish bath smells awful.
