I hadn’t heard of this place before, but it was the only one with availability. The receptionist was unhelpful, insisting there was no reservation under my name instead of saying “let me check,” and when I asked about the supposedly included breakfast she claimed it was room‑only, only giving me a breakfast coupon later that night. Even though breakfast is supposed to run from 7 am to 12 pm, we went at 10 am and the buffet line was almost empty, with staff saying they wouldn’t restock. When I inquired about other options they said they only had papaya with cereal, yogurt and hot cakes; they gave me one hot cake and the cook asked a supervisor why only three were left, receiving a “no” as an answer. Also, the online booking warned that parking was unavailable due to renovation, so we took a taxi, yet the parking lot was open when we arrived. They should update that information.
