The property is located in the most prestigious and authentic neighborhood in Rome. The building is set in a typical Roman residential complex with a beautiful courtyard and architectural details. The owner Greg and his family were so warm and welcoming and made me feel at home immediately upon arrival. He even graciously provided an earlier check-in to accommodate my needs. And very patient and responsive. The overall environment is artistic and inspiring. My room is clean and modern, with high ceilings and a big window to bring in fresh air and natural light. I could hear the birds chirping on the trees when waking up every morning. Shared kitchen was very spacious and convenient: good espresso machine and plenty options of for tea-lovers. Highly recommended to everyone whether a first-timers or a returning, frequent visitor. Absolutely nothing

Pan Gregorio was very friendly and helpful. The room with a bathroom was clean and aesthetic, with extra blankets, towels, and a hair dryer. A radiator kept the room warm in the evenings. The room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. There’s also a shared kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and espresso machine. It’s on the third floor, but the elevator is large. The location is ideal for touring Rome, very close to Ottaviano metro and the Vatican.

Gregorio is a very friendly and welcoming host—he met us late at night around 3 AM and even allowed a late check‑out when we were leaving. The location is perfect, everything is close by and it’s easy to explore Rome on foot. Overall, a pleasant stay and great hospitality! Poor sound insulation—other guests can be heard clearly, which sometimes makes it hard to sleep—and there are no disposable slippers.
