Very good. The room was very old, everything lacked renovation, Wi‑Fi was terrible, we stayed three days and there was no cleaning or towel change. The room had a lot of dampness.

The cat at the door was malnourished. Everything was terrible, not recommended at all. They first put you in one of the rooms farthest from the pool, and one of the abandoned ones. It was dirty, the entry door to the room was rusted, the paint was peeling, separated from the floor by about 4 cm so I had to put towels behind it to keep cockroaches and mice out. The bathroom was super disgusting, the bathtub was yellow/orange from dirt with the curtain, the brush and trash can very dirty, the tap was the same. The doors and frames were all yellow with hand marks, the wooden frames all broken where bugs could get in. There were spiders even in the bathtub. The floor was all dirty as if they hadn’t cleaned it, the mini fridge was so dirty I didn’t know how to open it. The exterior window was exactly the same as the street door. Dampness on all walls, all unaddressed, they put an oxidized standing fan. The shower faucet was broken, the hotel towels I had to use for the whole bathroom floor. Then when you try to complain they say if you want a well‑maintained room, they first send you to a mess and only after you complain do they change you, just to see if you’ll stay. 0 RECOMMENDED.

The staff were very friendly. The cleaning was full of stains and even cobwebs, the rooms were very old, the mattresses were very hard, and there was no air conditioning in the rooms or the dining area. The room was never cleaned the day after you arrived or the day before you left, so if you stay four days, like I did, it never gets cleaned.
