“Personal excepcional”

The staff were amazing. We had mistaken the Ibis, but thanks to one of their employees we were able to get to our hotel. THANK YOU! For arranging the Didi for us. Once we arrived, another young staff member handled everything for us. The hotel’s location is perfect – the metro is a 3‑minute walk, and the bell‑tower and drum towers are 10 minutes away, right next to the Muslim quarter. The room was huge and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was the classic fridge.

The rooms were spacious and spotless. The location was great. Breakfast was decent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After a tiring day we wanted to order room service, but we didn’t know how, so the front‑desk lady kindly took care of it for us. The beds were very comfortable.

“Big and comfortable room! Well located!”

The room was very large with comfy beds! The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options. The staff were very friendly! The location was very handy as well! I was there with two other friends and we really liked our stay!

Convenient location: 10 minutes on foot from the Bell Tower. Comfortable bed and a medium‑sized room. The room price was reasonable (about €35 per night). The air conditioner emitted a bad smell. Continental breakfast had very limited choices (almost no pastries). Check‑in was more complicated than usual. Staff entered the room for cleaning despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
