The location is very central, with the subway within 50 m, the Vatican, Castel Sant’Angelo, other sights, the Tiber, shops, restaurants, and bistros all within walking distance. The room attendant and Alfredo were very friendly and helpful, and we were allowed to leave our luggage there after official check‑out. The inventory is worn out; in the communal kitchen the dishes and especially the kettle were in a deplorable state. The shower rod was loose, and two hair dryers were defective.

I liked the location, but the place needs a lot of work: the doors, faucet, toilet flush tank, sink, and the linen closet all need replacement or repair.

The spot is close to the metro and I appreciated the area, but there’s no luggage storage.

The spot was great, right near the Vatican and the metro, even though we walked everywhere; the courtyard windows kept the room quiet and the owner was very helpful. However, the shared apartment had noisy neighbors who talked loudly at night in the common area, once someone even pulled our door handle in the dark, the mattress was firm, and the bathroom needed a full renovation.
