The overall experience was good, but there were frequent electricity problems and the internet in the room was unreliable.

They are highly unprofessional bunch of people disite confirmation of booking they refused to give room at last moment i drove all the way from Mansehra and wanted to rest with family despite my confirmation they didnt gave me the room and i have already stayed there 5 times previously. They were rude unprofessional and despite driving so far from motor way in rahim yar khan they refused to give room, their manager was also not picking my call once they refused, and had to go on search of hotel even after driving 10 hours and with family highly disappointed by service as well when you send confirmation your staff should have call client and the vacinity in order to make sure smooth stay of the customer

The location is great, and overall it’s a good place to stay. However, the beds are below standard, the bathroom cleaning is lacking, and the slippers and towels are not up to par; improvements are needed.
