Disgusting!!. There were needles on the floor, the bed had some used dirty sheets, the room smelled like cigarettes, all the walls dirty with grease, we were 2 people and they only prepared the room for 1. When raised this concern with the property they blocked me!!! Booking only made a refund of 16 pounds!! A joke! I do not recommend this place at all! There were also sewing needles laying on the floor

I was abruptly reassigned to another building right before I left the parking lot, and the staff were awful at answering the phone.

I managed to get a quiet, peaceful rest in a clean, comfortable, and affordable room located in a quiet area, but I never saw any staff on site and received a pin number via email, which felt a bit odd—like an escape room or a scene from Saw, but not that intense.

Quiet Kitchen. Front door doesn't lock. Although it was fixed after being flagged
