KTDC Lake Palace

“Truly a unique experience; recommend it!”

Excellent; location, ambience, service by staff were excellent! Overall, a truly wonderful and unique experience. Thanks again to the wonderful staff who took care of all our needs during our stay. Mathews, Thomas, and Shirley Oct 2026. The access to the property could be improved (too many steps, no floors for those with physical issues); access from mainland would be even better wit 7A-5/6P access and exit. The facilities could do with some minor upgrades

“Awesome”

Heritage, staff services and maintenance were excellent. Nothing to add.

“They could update the toilets. The plumbing system is also too old that need to be updated.”

The location, climate, and staff were fine, but the bathroom wasn’t clean and I couldn’t sleep well because of the noise from civet cats, monkeys and rats on the ceiling.

The location was good, but the place wasn’t as clean as expected.
