The hotel's location was absolutely fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access various attractions.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was also top-notch, and our room was a good size.
The room itself was not only comfortable and clean but also well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home.

The spot is spot on, right by the minster, and the breakfast was solid. The downside was the view from our room – it faced other buildings so it wasn’t great.

The location was fine, but the breakfast was basic and the hotel needs significant renovations throughout; worst of all, the double bedroom had a large single bed. The manager was helpful and offered a discount, but we shouldn’t have had to get to that point; the room should not have been sold as a double. Full stop.
