The room was dirty, with dirty bedsheets and pillow cases, a strong odour in the bathroom and bedroom, and the AC was not working when I arrived.

The location was great—step outside and you’re already at Baga Beach—so full marks for that; the room was a bit small, but that’s typical when staying in Goa, and the staff were helpful.
