One street from the beach, close to supermarkets, parks, downtown, and 1 km to the train or bus (marshrutka). The bed was average, mosquitoes appeared after the rain, and Georgia’s nighttime barking dogs were everywhere.

The location is very good. The beach is a 3‑minute walk, the market 5 minutes. The area is quiet. Across the house is a great park with benches, pavilions, and swings for kids. Many shops and bakeries are nearby. You feel at home. The hosts are incredibly heartfelt and responsive, always in touch, recommending the best spots, helping with any question, and surrounding you with genuine Georgian hospitality. We’ll gladly return! The only downside is that the vacation passed too quickly.

I found the place lovely and peaceful, and I wish I could have stayed longer. A previous reviewer mentioned finding the house from the main road or sea direction, but in reality it’s much easier to locate from the small street with the park, just like the map on Booking or Google shows; look for the steps in my photo. The rooms are upstairs and each has its own bathroom and kitchen area, while the host lady lives downstairs. Everything else was great.
