The location fit my needs perfectly and the lobby looked nice, but the carpeting in the hallways is stained and dirty and needs replacing, the wallpaper is peeling in spots, and the furniture in my room has edges peeling. When I ordered room service, the pasta arrived on plastic ware with just a single paper napkin, and I wandered the halls for a while without finding an ice machine.

I arrived at the hotel only to find it still taking reservations even though it was completely sold out because of flight cancellations, and the front desk refused to even look at my confirmed reservation.

The hotel is great and the staff are awesome, but I wish the rooms had a smart TV for streaming services.
