The room was fine, the staff very friendly, and the location central. However, it was noisy in the mornings—at 6:30 am I was woken by a loud door slam and chatter in the stairwell, the room couldn't be ventilated because the window couldn't be opened, and the car noise was too loud.

The location is pretty good, close to Heumarkt and not far from the train station. The room is functional and comes with a minibar. The bathroom is small but tasteful and has everything you need.
The rooms are very well equipped, newly furnished, with a large wardrobe and a nice bathroom. The breakfast offered everything you could want. The rooms are modernised, but the surroundings are still old, so people don't feel as comfortable staying there; it doesn't show how nice the rooms really are. The rooms are 4‑star, but the exterior is only 1‑2.
