There were no positives, and the manager’s conduct was not good.

The cleanliness was excellent👌🏻, but the pool was closed for maintenance and that wasn’t mentioned at booking. The buffet area needs improvement – it’s cramped, tables are too close together, and the staff are constantly in your way, making it hard to relax while eating.

Nothing positive. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at: the price is high, the room is uncomfortable, and the front‑desk staff are rude. I told them twice that the air‑conditioner wasn’t cold enough, but nothing was done. At 5 am my kids were crying because the room was hot; I asked for a room change, but the same AC problem persisted. Breakfast was poor, the food didn’t taste good, and when we arrived we discovered the pool was under maintenance.
