Calm, the beauty of the place, no view of neighbors, quality of services, the welcome and availability of our hosts: everything was perfect. Nothing: everything was perfect.

The hosts were wonderful and welcoming. They had plenty of information on things to do in the area. They helped us find dinner reservations. Their use of local products like soaps and shampoo in the room was a nice touch to become integrated in the community

We spent a wonderful stay at Maison Balmelle, where Catherine and Éric welcomed us with rare kindness and generosity, so much charm that we’d gladly count them among friends; the house is stunning, tastefully decorated, set in a timeless setting of calm and serenity; Catherine and Éric know the area perfectly and their visit tips are invaluable; the meals are a real delight, with delicious local cuisine prepared with care and always attentive to each guest’s tastes; the surroundings are extraordinary—everywhere in the region is superb and truly worth exploring; it’s a place where you feel good and leave with a little pang in your heart; we hope to return! ❤️
