I was impressed by the modern, well‑maintained facilities and the huge, super comfortable bed. The option to have a breakfast box if you have very early tours is handy, and the breakfasts were varied with exquisite fruit. The hotel is about a 20‑minute uphill walk from the historic center, and the evening stroll through the alleys isn’t as pleasant.

The room’s color combinations were nice, but the signs warning about towels and other items were a bit annoying.

The area is quiet, safe, with a supermarket 300 m away, a park, and a parking lot in a gated area. The view of the volcano is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast on the upper floor offers a nice outlook.

The reception staff were very pleasant, especially Connie. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and very clean. It’s about a 15‑minute walk from the central square, which I prefer over staying a bit further away mainly because of the noise. The hotel feels more up‑to‑date with a pleasant scent and no humidity smell like the older building nearby.
