The staff are generally friendly, yet the door frame in the room was broken, the lock was weak, making me feel unsafe; during rain the street flooded and water seeped under the door into the room. When we switched rooms, the bathroom smelled like plumbing and at night I could hear water moving in the drain. The first room had hot water, the second didn't. For the cost it's not terrible, but the facilities need urgent upgrades. Despite the insecurity, our belongings stayed safe.
