The building had a nice vibe, but the nearby clubs brought noise and music.

The room was genuinely clean, even the bathroom. However, a strong smell hit you right when you entered the building, and the entrance had drafty windows that let in every sound from neighboring rooms. Guests didn’t follow the rules or observe the quiet hours all night. Those renting rooms completely disregarded others, and after 23:00 people knocked on our door as if they wanted to break it because they’d mistaken rooms. The bathroom smell lingered for two days.

It was a disaster! I absolutely do not recommend this place. The place was filthy, the TV didn’t work at all, and the bathroom was so smelly you couldn’t even stand there for 10 seconds. It’s a shame to rent rooms in such conditions these days! Everything was a tragedy; I don’t recommend it.
