The location was good and the breakfasts were fine, but a coffee machine would have been useful; we only had a thermos coffee at breakfast and had to pay extra for the machine. We ordered standard double rooms that looked great in the photos, yet we ended up with a dark, small room on the side of the hotel with a balcony overlooking a neighboring building's wall, which is misleading for the pictures.

The breakfast was excellent, the room stayed quiet, and the shower area was large, with nothing to complain about.

The hotel was pretty, clean, and cozy, with a good breakfast. We stayed on the first floor with a small balcony that opened into the building’s interior, essentially into the technical part of the structure. The air‑conditioners were very noisy, but since we only stayed one night it didn’t bother us too much.

The place was immaculate and sparkling clean; the room and balcony were very spacious, the bed was highly comfortable, and the materials used were of great quality. The balcony offered a million‑dollar view, and the rooftop restaurant and bar also provided a magnificent view. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, but there was always something to eat, though it could be improved.

The hotel sits next to the tram stop Edem, offers a very good breakfast included with the room, a rooftop bar with sea views, and friendly, welcoming staff. It is 40 minutes from the city centre and 30 minutes from the port of Piraeus, and the pool is not heated.
