The overall cleanliness was good; breakfast had few items but felt homemade and tasty, and the room was a bit small yet comfortable for the price. Using a twin room felt cramped, and the changing area could have been a bit wider.

The panoramic bath was great, and the staff were very courteous and did a good job; however, with that many rooms and floors, there was only one elevator and the stairs were unusable, so we had to wait for the elevator every time we needed to go anywhere.

The shampoo and conditioner were really good, and the staff were friendly. The room felt cramped, and I was disappointed that the breakfast menu I saw online didn't include the yakisoba with sweet potato fries I was looking forward to.
