I had a terrible experience at this hotel, especially with the freezing temperatures - it was -51 with the wind chill and my room had no heat. The management did provide space heaters, but they weren't enough to warm up the room and caused the breaker to blow, rendering the TV unusable. The shower water was also inconsistent, ranging from scalding hot to freezing cold. To top it off, I was double-charged and had to request a refund, and the breakfast timing was inconvenient for early risers.
