The location is excellent, rooms are clean, and the linens are pristine. We arrived on 14 February and received a complimentary gift from the hotel—very pleasant! The room‑service food is tasty, but the menu is mediocre. The restaurant staff look like Arab sheikhs. They should pay more attention to hall cleanliness. Water drips from the shower into the corridor, so I had to lay a towel on the floor.

I’ve stayed at several Chinese hotels, but the staff here were extremely stiff; even after a four‑night stay we never got a smile or a greeting, whether entering the restaurant or returning to the lobby. A bit more courtesy would be appreciated.
