I booked this place mainly for the air conditioning, which was great. The rooms were basic but had everything needed and were tidy. I noticed it was much noisier this time, probably because it was summer and more people were around; next time I’d prefer a spot farther from the front, though I’m not sure that’s possible.

Comfortable bed. Plenty room, 2 teabags, 2 coffee, 4 milk. Basic but fair price paid. Night staff manager was very attentive, checking parking lot, didnt miss a thing, came out to us when we were trying to figure out whether to add extra parking for after our check out time. He sorted it for us so we could explore Hull for a few hours. Very friendly nice man. Its a really good location, short walk to centre. Please replace toilet brush room 101 and the tiles near the toilet need a clean

It was a last‑minute trip to Hull for the night, and the place was clean and nice; I would recommend it to everyone who needs a stop there. Nothing to add.

The location was good and the bed was comfy, but the parking and gym were extra charges on top of the room rate. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that would charge guests for using the facilities before. I chose this hotel specifically for its location and gym, and when I arrived I was told the gym cost £4 per day. It’s not a lot of money, but for the principle I refused to pay extra for something that should be included in the price.
