The food, location, and facilities were all excellent! The kitchen in the room was built-in, and the sink had a strong odor coming from the drain.

I was pleased with the restaurant, the breakfast selection, and the kitchenette in the room, but the spa service left a lot to be desired. When I booked a classic back massage for the first time, the therapist performed it at a low level, too gently and without the proper pressure or muscle relaxation. She was unresponsive to my comments about sore back and cervical spine pain, and the management ignored the issue. When I filed a complaint, I received no reply.

The climbing wall, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the many kids’ activities were great, and the breakfasts were delicious. The mattress was only average comfort 😅.
