I liked the privacy and the very green setting, with a lot of forest that makes it very close to nature. Some details are missing, like a microwave and a small fridge, maybe a longer hose in the shower, because it’s at a considerable height and you can’t wash your feet, and on the other hand it’s very high to walk up from the nearest metro entrance.

The spot’s location is decent, close to a metro line, even though it feels a bit far from the city center; it’s actually nearby. It’s quiet and you can get a good rest. The downside is there’s no air conditioning, and opening the window brings in mosquitoes.

I arrived around 00:30, as I had told the hotel, and they assured me it wasn’t a problem, but the entry codes didn’t work and I couldn’t get into my room; nobody answered. I was left alone in Bilbao that night. They only sent me the correct codes the next morning, and now they won’t respond when I ask for a refund.
