It was a great place to stay; I was right in the middle of everything, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to the train and a huge market, though the wifi was a bit weak and the room might feel too small for more than one person.

The place is right in the heart of Ximending, within walking distance of Ximen station, restaurants, and shops, and they have an elevator which is handy. The room is small, so don’t bring too much luggage. There’s no bidet, and the staff never smiled or greeted you; the first thing the receptionist said was “passport, please.”
