The new facilities are beautiful, the bed is superb, the breakfast is delicious, and the service from Anna and Daniela is outstanding. ❤️ I find the bathroom/shower poorly designed; the shower entrance is narrow, the sink is very wide, and the blue light on the fridge is too bright when all other lights are off at night.

The location is great with a fantastic view of the Pico, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The plunge pool, view, and location were all great. However, the hot water in the shower was unreliable and housekeeping didn’t clean beyond making the bed.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant – it was cool to wake up and see Mt Pico just outside your door. The complimentary breakfast was great, so we ate and got started right away on our day. We also loved relaxing at the indoor pool after a long day of adventures but before dinner, and we felt very relaxed at this hotel. Nothing – it was perfect!
