Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
Nothing stood out as good. It’s run by students, which is fine, but the quality is low. How can anyone say it’s great? Maybe if you’re used to sleeping under a bridge? The place isn’t clean, the mattress and pillows are dirty, and there was music in the hallway that stopped after I complained. Why do hotels play music all day in the whole building, not just the lobby? All hotels, cheap or expensive, seem to ignore what customers actually want or need.

The location is within the campus area. The room is cramped.

The staff were very friendly and there was a nice garden to relax in. The room can get very cold at night and the comforters are actually quite thin, so dressing warmly for sleep is best; otherwise it’s fine. It could have been a bit cleaner.
