The view was great, but we got no contact upon arrival, and the phone number listed on the site never answered; the neighbor (thankfully present) helped us by calling another number to get the key box number. There was no housekeeping or heating turned on. We arrived at 16h and left the next day at 9h, and during that time there was no contact or apology.
