I would give this place more than five stars. The building and interior are beautiful, with a very modern and unique style that shows quality throughout. The elderly gentleman who runs the hotel has a heart of gold, and a helpful young lady who spoke English assisted me during my visit. Next time I’m in Elbasan, I’ll pop in for a drink even if I’m not staying. I loved the place. Nothing detracts from a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

I didn’t have breakfast; it wasn’t necessary. Outside, at the street’s front, there’s a pastry shop, and a Spar market is very close to the hotel. A Myanmar‑born sweet‑tasting receptionist offered me coffee and cookies. The room had a hair dryer and TV, and I loved the slippers the hotel provides for guests. Lots of towels and bathrobes are also supplied. The room lacks a refrigerator and water heater, and there are only two issues: the walls of the room have half‑naked female paintings hanging, which may not suit people who could be offended; many guests will likely enjoy them. Additionally, across the street, a young man with a mental disorder yells in the evenings. As someone who works in mental health, I’m used to such things.

“Nice but where's the kettle?”

Friendly Italian speaking owner. Quiet location.FYI there are many buses shown going to Pogradec on gjirafa website but these don't exist. I got a minibus to Perrenjas at 10.20 and changed there to get to Pog. I also saw a minibus leaving for Berat from Elbasan at about 9.40. It is not acceptable to advertise tea/coffee maker or kettle in your room and then not provide it so I have downgraded the review score. Mattresses are too hard. Toilet seat missing

The location is good, the bed sheets are nice and clean, rooms are tidy, and the staff were very helpful. They allowed an earlier check‑in at no extra cost. The facilities feel a bit outdated, the airflow is poor and the air is stale and unpleasant, and the reception was closed at night.
