“GAVE US THE WRONG BOOKED ROOM AND YET, THE AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM STILL OPEN!”
We booked the top room with a hall, but when we got there they said it was already taken by other people. Why would you show it as available then? They handed us a tiny room with four crowded double beds! I booked for nine people and they still asked for extra money! We got a cramped room, not even a change in the number of guests. I won’t book here again.
